My name is Kim, and this is my husband, John. Together with our own Lucky Cats (and quality control inspectors), Frodo and Sister, and our Chief Happiness Officer, Gus the Bernedoodle. Lucky Cat Soap started with a simple idea.
We make soap the way it should be: simple, thoughtful, and meant to be used every day. Each bar is handcrafted in small batches, cut and cured by hand, and finished with enough detail to feel considered, but never precious.
We use skin-nourishing formulas and honest ingredients: tallow, goat and coconut milk for softness, rich butters for depth, aloe and natural clays to soothe the skin. No harmful chemicals, like parabens and phthalates. No palm oil.
I started sharing bars with friends and family, and word spread from there. What began as a hobby in our little cottage has grown into a full soapmaking operation.
It's so gratifying to hear that someone's skin has improved, feels softer, or that their sensitive skin is calmed by our soap. It started as something fun to try. Now it's who we are.
