Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, Lucky Cat Soap is able to accept returns or exchanges on soap, bath and body items. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@luckycatsoap.com. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with your neighbors and local carrier first. If the package is still missing, reach out and we will do our best to help resolve it.
